Foundation and Key Stage 1 -Please provide indoor shoes for your child to leave at school.
Pre-School (Foundation Stage 1)
Uniform for Pre- School children is optional. However, you can purchase a blue sweatshirt complete with the Hallgate logo via the Price and Buckland website Click Here.
Pre- School children do not need a PE Kit in school.

Children will be asked to tie long hair back for PE lessons and remove earrings.
Jewellery and Hair
Children are not permitted to wear jewellery in school other than, stud earrings and a watch. If your child wears an item of jewellery for religious or personal reasons, please ask the school office for permission.
Children are encouraged to tie long hair back for practical, health and safety reasons. Hair bands should be plain; novelty hair bands are not permitted.
Children are not permitted to wear make-up during the school day for any reason. The wearing of nail varnish is discouraged and parents are asked to remove nail varnish as soon as practical, if their child have had their nails painted for a special occasion.
Label All Items of Clothing and Belongings
Please make sure all your child’s clothes and items of belongings are clearly/ permanently named and that your child knows where to look for their name. A lost property trolley operates in the entrance near the office.
How to purchase School Uniform
Uniform is purchased direct from Price and Buckland, Click Here for their website.
Uniform purchased from Price and Buckland can be delivered to school to collect FOC or delivered straight to your home address at a small cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERING FOR SEPTEMBER 2023
Please see below cut off dates for school uniform delivery from Price and Buckland in readiness for the new academic year starting Wednesday 6 September 2023.
For Delivery into School before end of Term
Order by the 25th June for delivery by the 12th July – This is the last into school shipment date prior to the summer Holidays .
For Delivery to Home Address
Parents must place their orders by the 1st August to guarantee delivery prior to the start of term which gives them time to return and reorder should they select an incorrect size etc.
Recommence Delivery into School September 2023
The into school deliveries will recommence the second week in September as follow:
Order by the 27th August for delivery by the 13th September.
